The Swift Current Curling Club will hold its Semi-Annual General Meeting and Registration Night on Monday October 6th. The Semi-Annual General Meeting will be at 7 pm with Registration Night to follow at 8 pm.

Team Kirkpatrick Captures Tim Horton's Mixed Championship

Congratulations to Team Kirkpatrick on winning the Tim Horton's Saskatchewan Mixed Championship!

The Swift Current Curling Club was well represented at the 2014 Tim Horton's Provincial Mixed Championships in Rosetown. Team Kirkpatrick won the A event and Team Meachem won the B event setting up showdown in the 1 vs 2 page playoff game. Team Meachem came away with win putting them in the championship game on Sunday. Team Kirkpatrick played Team Hartung in the semi final on Sunday morning winning the right to play in the final on Sunday afternoon. This set up a dream match up for the Swift Current Curling Club. The final was an an epic battle for the Championship! Team Meachem is Skip Shaun Meachem, Third Kelly Wood, Second Carl deConinck-Smith, Lead Kelsy Dutton.

Team Kirkpatrick will represent Saskatchewan and the Swift Current Curling Club at the Canadian Mixed Championships in North Bay, ON November 6 to 15, 2014.
